Of Boys and Men LA Premiere

The Feature Film I produced had its world premiere February 13. 2008 at the Magic Johnson Theater in Los Angeles.

OF BOYS AND MEN is a family drama set on the West side of Chicago , starring Robert Townsend (The Five Heartbeats, Meteor Man), Angela Bassett (What's Love Got To Do With It), Victoria Rowell (ABC's One Life To Live), Faizon Love and Bobby J. Thompson.

Family man, Holden Cole (Townsend), loses his wife (Bassett) in a fatal accident, and with the help of his younger sister (Rowell), has to lead his three children on a journey of healing and self-discovery, while battling his own demons of pain and regret. The story is seen through the eyes of the youngest son, who discovers through the loss of his mother what it means to be a man. OF BOYS AND MEN is written by Chicago native, Michelle Amor and produced by Pemon Rami and Robert Townsend. and Pemon Rami.
